1 Bathroom A modern apartment of two floors( these is located on the first floor and there is another apartment on the second floor). We are located at Monteverde Costa Rica where you can feel right at home. With plenty of glass-walls all around the house you will be able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Modern apartment located on the first floor( there is another apartment on the second floor) surrounded by trees that give the feeling of being in the forest. Perfect for couples, families and friends. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils. Located less than 10 minutes away from the center of the town. Our Eco-friendly property is in harmony we nature.
The place is located in a spectacular point, where you can see the sunset, the coast. It is next to the most popular park " 100 % AVENTURA" and in a strategic point (5- 10mintes aprox) between the most popular parks in Monteverde (Sky, Xtreme, Selvatura) In our place you can see different birds, monkeys and some other wild animals.
Please leave the kitchen clean.

Could you please don't do hard noises since 10pm because we have other guest in that way all can have a good rest.
We want your stay to be the most pleasent, so we can make reservations for you at the canopy, aerial tram, hanging bridges, horse tour,bungee, ATV, butterfly garden, herpetarium, coffee tour, zipline, or any other with not additional cost.

March 2025The location was perfect for our Monteverde adventure. Easily accessed everything we wanted to do from zip-line to a night hike to a 6-mile self-guided hike in Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. We also drove to Viento Fresco Waterfalls about 50 minutes away and the swim in waterfall #3 was a family favorite for the trip. Lots to do, very peaceful surroundings at the house and easy to get to good food in Santa Elena! Simple and perfectly comfortable accommodations and the host was wonderful and helpful.

March 2025Please read well the description before booking. We thought the whole building was for us but as clearly mentioned in the listing you get only one floor (we didn't read it carefully so it was our fault). Communication with the hosts was excellent from the booking to check out. The place is located in a quiet area next to a finca with cows, a bit far away from the small town and the main road is not paved and a bit bumpy for the last 2 km. The view from the house is really relaxing with a beautiful sunset. We loved the natural peace at night time. Kitchen is equipped enough to cook some basic meals, bathroom with hot shower and good pressure for costarican standards. If you stay downstairs maybe you could hear other guests steps from the apartment upstairs sometimes. Overall a nice stay!

March 2025Great location in the jungle but close enough to the downtown for food and activities. No air conditioning but the climate is cool enough that we slept comfortably. Would recommend to friends and family.

January 2025The Location is beautiful, deep in the nature. Great surroundings, really scenic. The place was really clean and Host super responsive. Unfortunately one of the door of the shower was missing, therefore when taking a shower was easy to make it a bit messy. Also make sure you read properly the description, the ad is only for the lower floor, you won't rent the all villa.

I can’t rate this highly enough, the apartment is lovely, the views are unbelievable and Maria was a fantastic host, so responsive and helpful, she even booked tours for me. It’s about a 10 min drive out of Santa Elena so we didn’t venture out in the evenings (although there is a restaurant next door but we didn’t try it). The roads are full of pot holes to get there but that’s just Monteverde generally!

December 2024This place was great! It was quiet and peaceful. We all enjoyed our stay. The house was a bit cold but with proper clothing it was no problem. It is close to good restaurants and not too far from nature hikes. They had a good parking spot for the car. We also got a crib for our baby which was great.

Elle a été de bons conseils! Elle nous a même trouvé un guide en français pour l’une de nos activités. Le logement est près de tout! Belle configuration pour de jeunes familles. Un gros merci!

August 2024Super séjour chez Maria. Une hôte très réactive et très attentionnée. Petit plus pour les adresses locales qu'on n'aurait pas trouvé autrement! Logement très propre, au calme (mais non loin de Santa Elena et ses activites) et agréable avec une cuisine bien fournie. On reviendra avec plaisir.
